CONFESSION & ASSURANCE
Congregation:
God of birth, God of joy, God of life,
we come to you as a people hungry for good news.
We have become so numb to miracles
that we’ve missed the world being made new.
We have preoccupied ourselves with pleasures
and have overlooked the joy you offer us.
We have been so caught up in our own ambitions
that we’ve missed the beauty of the life you've given us.
Forgive us, gracious God.
Open our eyes and our hearts to receive your gift;
open our lips and hands to share it with all humanity
in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

COMMITMENT
Congregation: God of our lives
by the power of your Holy Spirit
we have been drawn together by one baptism into one faith,
serving one Lord and Savior.
Do not let us tear away from one another
through division or hard argument.
May your peace embrace our differences,
preserving us in unity,
as one body of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Verse 1
How deep the Father's love for us, How vast beyond all measure
That He should give His only Son, To make a wretch His treasure
How great the pain of searing loss, The Father turns His face away
As wounds which mar the Chosen One, Bring many sons to gloryVerse 2
Behold the man upon a cross, My sin upon His shoulders
Ashamed I hear my mocking voice, Call out among the scoffers
It was my sin that held Him there, Until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life, I know that it is finishedVerse 3
I will not boast in anything, No gifts no power no wisdom
But I will boast in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection
Why should I gain from His reward, I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart, His wounds have paid my ransomOutro:
Why should I gain from His reward, I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart, His wounds have paid my ransom -
Verse 1
I was a wretch I remember who I was
I was lost, I was blind, I was running out of time
Sin separated The breach was far too wide
But from the far side of the chasm You held me in your sightVerse 2
So You made a way across the great divide
Left behind Heaven's throne to build it here inside
And there at the cross You paid the debt I owed
Broke my chains, freed my soul For the first time I had hopeChorus
Thank You, Jesus For the blood applied
Thank You, Jesus it has washed me white
Thank You, Jesus You have saved my life
Brought me from the darkness into glorious lightVerse 3
You took my place , Laid inside my tomb of sin
You were buried for three days but then You walked right out again
And now death has no sting And life has no end
For I have been transformed by the blood of the LambREPEAT CHORUS

Verse 1
If we were to travel to the farthest star-
If we could descend below the deepest sea-
If we were to lose ourselves in caverns dark-
You are still with us
You are still with usChorus
We’re lifting our eyes
to you as our guide;
We’re ready to follow where you lead us, Lord
We lift up our hands;
surrender our plans-
We’re ready to follow where you lead us, Lord
We’re ready to follow where you lead us, LordVerse 2
If we are to feel the scorn of mortal men-
If we are to bear the scars of persecution-
If every one of our companions fled-
You are still with us
You are always with usChorus
